Кой смысл дискутировать с людьми, которых заранее считаешь... мнэээ... нет, не считаешь идиотами, per se, просто вот по этому пункту они придерживаются идиотической точки зрения. Одно плохо - обычно такого рода идиотизм имеет тендецию расплозаться на все сферы жизни. Хотя if that's the case, спорить еще более бесполезно. Пойду-ка я лучше в парк с собакой, приглашу потом подругу в гости, переводом займусь, работой в конце концов. А с мировым злом в форме глупости бороться - все равно бросаться с сачком на автомобильный выхлоп. В конце концов глупость сама себе худшее наказание.

Oh. Well, that sort of thing usually drives me up the wall in a matter of seconds. But I get too emotional to argue logically... though to be perfectly honest, I'm selfishly glad and happy when someone, not as emotional as myself, manages to argue in a reasonable way.

ya know, there was this person (whom, incidentally I know personally) who tried to play this role of the lone voice of reason, but of course was ignored, just like such voices always are Positive thing about that discussion though is that now I've had a chance to see that the girl I met once off-line is a decent and wise person.
