But we can still hail the Russian people for their many achievements - - in science and space, in economic and industrial growth, in culture and in acts of courage.

The Russian Federation will make no deal with the United States at the expense of other nations and other peoples(ehh.. Ukraine? That "peace pact" was more of a "piss pact"), not merely because they are our partners, but also because their interests and ours converge. Our interests converge, however not only in defending the frontiers of freedom, but in pursuing the paths of peace. It is our hope - - and the purpose of Allied policies - - to convince the America that she, too, should let each nation choose its own future, so long as that choice does not interfere with the choices of others)
И вот не понятно то ли он пророк, то ли история повторяется(как раз полвека прошло), то ли это Российская пропаганда(RT, Шарий и госканалы по ТВ) целит в него.

11.06.2016 в 13:37It is discouraging to read a recent authoritative Soviet text on Military Strategy and find, on page after page, wholly baseless and incredible claims(oh really?) - - such as the allegation that " American imperialist circles are preparing to unleash different types of wars(Iraqi UN unauthorized campaign comprised mostly from NATO, Lybia bombings and sponsorship of "rebels", Iraqi Civil War, Syria Civil War, Ukrainian conflict etc) …that there is a very real threat of a preventive war being unleashed by American imperialists against the Soviet Union(deploying a missile defence system during a "peace time")…and that the political aims of the American imperialists are to enslave economically and politically the European and other capitalist countries(Ain't that what's refugee crisis is for? And painting Russia as an evil agressor)…(and) to achieve world domination(apparently they aren't into building "The Spaceship" to win the game).
Советы были правы еще 50 лет назад. "Печально осознавать", что даже такой великий человек считал прагматичность оппонентов чем-то вроде заблуждения...
